N2 Supplement, 100X, STERILE

N-2 Supplement is a chemically-defined, serum-free supplement based on Bottenstein’s N-1 formulation. It is used for growth and expression of neuroblastomas as well as post-mitotic neurons in primary cultures from both the peripheral nervous system and the central nervous system. Our N-2 supplement is provided as a 100X concentrate and can be used with neurobasal medium or with a DMEM medium.
