It may be used in cornea preservation and cryopreservation of bovine embryos, in cell culture to support the maturation of oocytes, to study the function of tubular epithelial cells and to develop primary cultures of cells such as visceral adipocytes.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"MuiTypography-root jss206 MuiTypography-h3\"><strong>Preparation Note<\/strong><\/h5>\n<div class=\"MuiTypography-root jss209 MuiTypography-body1\">This product is prepared by heating at 56\u00b0C for 30 minutes. Heating serum to 56\u00b0C for 30 minutes inactivates the complement system for immunoassays.
