Wisent Sk MAX Skeletal Cell System is supplied in a format that contains the basal medium (Sk Max Medium cat: 301-060-CL), a sterile liquid culture medium, and the frozen supplement: Sk MAX (cat: 301-061-XL), which contains hormones and growth factors. FBS need to be added according to the percentage required for cell growth.
