A-10 is a high performance growth media developed and optimized for cultivation of amniotic fluid cells ^(1-3) and other difficult to grow cell lines. Each lot of A-10 media is tested for the cultivation of amniotic fluid cells for cytogenetic analysis (in vitro use) by an independent laboratory. Rigorous quality control procedures on each lot include pH, osmolality, sterility, endotoxin level and functional performance.
