Wisent has recently developed BE MAX; a media system that support the growth and the expansion of Bronchial Epithelial cells in a low serum environment (5% FBS). Wisent Be MAX Bronchial Epithelial Cell System is supplied in a format that contains the basal medium (BE Max Medium cat: 301-095-CL), a sterile liquid culture medium, and the frozen supplement: BE MAX (cat: 301-096-XL), which contains hormones and growth factors. FBS need to be added according to the percentage required for cell growth.
