Medium OSE (modification) with Earle’s Salts & L-Glutamine, 1X, STERILE
Medium OSE was originally designed for the culture of ovarian surface epithelial cells under defined conditions. This low-protein and serum-free media allows the growth of OSE for the study of ovarian cancer. Medium OSE is used for in vitro cultivation of primary human ovarian surface epithelial explants.
