Meets WFI quality Standards although not intended for use as an injectable. Contains very low chloride, cation, and endotoxin levels
This water is prepared by demineralisation (minerals remove via ion exchange by Reverse Osmosis), deionisation (impurities remove via ion exchange by resin beds) and filtration (0.2 μm), with no added substances. We monitor the water quality on a routine basis. Conductivity, total organic carbon, endotoxin, and bioburden are tested daily; metals are tested monthly. Ultra pure DNA-free Water can be used for molecular assays, DNA sequencing, cDNA synthesis, PCR and qPCRF and more.
