Terrific Broth is a nutritionally rich bacterial medium for higher density growth and maintenance of recombinant E. coli strains. Terrific Broth has been used for non-selective cultivation of E. coli strains for cloning, high-yield DNA plasmid production, and high-yield production of recombinant proteins.
